If the Flyers are going to move a young Dman for help up front, the guy to move is Hagg. I think his value will only go down over time as he just doesn't bring much skill or offensive ability to the table. Plus, I think he can easily be replaced by Morin.
- BiggE

He also won't merit the same return. Everyone compared him to hjarlmasson (botched that I know). If Myers sanheim provorov are all strong 2 way players potting 40-50 a year. Morin hagg is our shutdown team and heavy pker plus i think Morin has enough offense to garner 15-20 points at least even if they are all assists from outlet passes. The 6 d man can be anybody. Ghost is older and signed a 6 year deal he will be 30 when he's done. I don't think he's going to be an elite playmaker into his mid 30s. I deal him at 28 expecting we have another guy ready to go who is cheap and re stock the pool.

I went about 3 years ago and I saw Cheerleaders and a mascot.

Huh, maybe I just pay attention to the hockey and not the in-arena "fun"

One thing I was impressed by with the Devils' arena was how much room they have on their concourse.

The Wells Fargo Center USED TO have a ton of room on the concourse, but now that's slowly getting eaten by various carts and food kiosks they have installed over the years. It's not quite at the awful level the Spectrum was at the end (be honest: getting around on the concourse of the Spectrum at a Flyers game was the literal worst), but it's not as good as when the arena opened.

I've been to a handful of NHL arenas, and it's ridiculous how much advertising the Flyers do at their games. Every stoppage is trying to sell you something from the arena store of online or some other way. In places like Nashville and Carolina, you can actually hear yourself think during stoppages because no one's screaming at you on the Jumbo Tron, and the pieces they do occasionally put up are about people in the community and other related interest pieces. I'm all for advertising your product, but turn the volume down and please don't shove it down my throat at every opportunity.

I feel like that's a lot of points for the defense.

I agree, the concourse there is really wide.

What, you don't think it's realistic for our defense to score 180-200 points every year?

Yeah, the Rock is a pretty nice place. Good for college hoops and concerts, too.

Agreed, it does seem like they do that much more aggressively than they do in the Devils and Rangers arenas.

It is and that's why I say it can be replaced by committee. With that being said I'm not ready to move on from any our d for a few years

My dad and I have traveled across the country to different stadiums only need a few more to have been to every stadium in the nhl. Vegas is being checked off this year already. They might not do the advertisements but they do other things. Hurricanes pump in fake cheers through the sound system it's so ridiculous. Blackhawk have a lot of advertisements as well so do the kings. The Panthers is basically a Philadelphia soul game with the sideshows.

Also nobody really talked about it but pacioretty being available hurts simmer value doesn't it ? Similar stats and same age with 1 year of a reasonable salary left.

Feel like teams will try to get whomever is cheaper. I don't think hexy moves simmer when we are this close to the playoffs. I think filp seems way more likely if they deem vecchione ready to come up or dun dun dun they are okay giving lehtera 4c minutes

Not gonna disageee, but I'd rather have the occassional fake cheers than Shawnie Hill screaming at me to go buy every piece of merchandise available in the fan store 20 times per game.
