Sanheim sitting again.

Bahahaha.

- flyer_nutter

This one literally makes no sense to me..

3rd game in a row where he is on the bench. Play him or send him down.

If it gets to 5 games where he is sitting Then I believe the Flyers are totally clueless.

They are conservative, and Hextall is on record as saying so. Your comment that are pretending also insiunates that they don't know what they're doing. Here is whatis most obvious and it seems as though you

Where is the evidence that what they are doing is proven to work? There is plenty of evidence of young players contributing on other teams around the league

After the most egregious error I’ve seen a d man make in awhile piggybacking off of multiple poor games from Hagg. He remains
- Just5

But they will win a meaningless game with Manning/Ghoul in there and management/coaching will be patting themselves on the back.

Go Leafs Go.

Any ill will from me shifts to the fans who will go to the games to support this poop.

No offense really if that is anyone on here, but those are the real contributors to the ineptitude.

Lindblom IMO isn't the savior of 2017/2018 he can continue to grow confidence on a winning team in the AHL. I do believe we see him regardless this season however I'm cool with seeing someone else get a shot while we wait for the swede.
- SimmerDown

agree top line minutes and not being on the disaster of a team would be good for him

I think playing with the players that aren't a disaster on this team in the NHL would be good for him too. Playing against people that are as good as him (and better) helps too

True, you look at Boston and their young players are players, not that Flyers young guys wont get better but it hurts watching other teams infuse you talent the right way. I watched Hawks last night, their youngens seem fast

I actually like going to the games. Only go to a few each year though.

I can't stand the people that go and then just complain about every single thing. They all yell "shoot" or "hit somebody" throughout the game. Why go if that's what your gonna do the whole time?

It sucks being a Flyers fan right now. Most long time fans are used to them being a lock playoff team with a cup chance most years. We are not used to this. It's tough to watch.

I think it simply comes down to the Flyers are looking for a player who might be able to provide a little bit of an emotional spark to the team. I don't think they see him as making any kind of a major impact. They aren't going to let the current state of the team change the development path of any young player they see as a major piece of the future.
- MJL

Yesterday: They're too soft, play like jello, no energy, nobody stands up for anybody!!!!1

Today: WTF did they bring that goon up for?

Yeah, but the latter aren't really guys you want in that LW4 spot. I still think, if Lindblom recent run continues and if Weal doesn't pick up (goal on Tuesday aside), you could see Weal return to the scratch list, Weise to the 4th line and Lindblom tried with Filppula and Voracek; moving Raffl to the Patrick line.

I would miss your blogs, but if you were made VP of Common Sense at the Flyers I think it would make this team a lot easier to follow because current management can be agonizingly slow in making obvious changes.

I defended Hextall's decision to start Lindblom in the AHL and he took a month or so to get going, but now he's been going for a while and yet he's still on the Phantoms. I don't mind giving Ghoul a chance on the 4th line ahead of Leier and Lehtera, but he's not going to help secondary scoring or the ghastly second power play unit.

If Goulbourne on the 4th line means Lehtera is scratched I am all for it. I haven't read back yet but I can just imagine the comments. Per Tony Androcktis, who covers the Phantoms, Goulbourne has taken 3 minor penalties in 34 games and has drawn 10 Power plays. we shall see what he brings.
