Tom was seen leaving Citi Field during the 1st Period, immediately after the Rangers took their 2-0 lead within about the game's first 8:00. He went looking for Jeremy Roenick so he and J.R. could take a dive into frozen Flushing Bay.

I actually enjoyed this! Maybe not the ultimate reader friendly write-up, but waaay better, Saver.

I don't need to. I had my days straight, unlike Fenrir, although he had a very good excuse this time not to, just shortly into 2018 there.

Milbury is still upset at Rangers fans since he climbed into the stands at MSG about 4 decades ago as a Bruin, to try and fight a few, or at least hit one fan with the fan's own shoe.

It could have been worse for you Jan with either a Rangers loss today, or had you been going there to see today's N.Y. Jets, if they were still playing in Flushing, like in their old days playing at Shea Stadium.

Only had 3 beers all night. Unless the sun was up it was still yesterday. Or something like that.

Every time he opens his ,outh I want Jones to beat Milbury with his own shoe, or better yet, a skate.

Wonder if some news agency will post frostbite case numbers from the game. Hope everybody made it home from the game with all 20 intact.

It was so cold at the one at Yankee stadium a few years back. Can’t imagine how cold this one had to be.

The view from my seats was actually awesome, saw everything and was 12 o’clock high to see Miller‘s game-winning goal. It was absolutely freezing because of the wind behind us but it was well worth it being there. Team played horrifically after about the 10 minute mark of the first. With buffalo controlling play the rest of the way. I thought McDonough had an absolutely horrific game today as did Holden and they made stupid plays failing to just chip the puck out of their own zone and reset again.

Glad you had a good time. Due to the distance from the seats to the field I imagine they looked like ants, but maybe not.

His timing is just off. Has been for most of the season imo.
Having Holden as a partner doesn't help much either.

I can't imagine going past the 1st round in the playoffs with Holden in the top4 and DD as a 2C/3C...

Looked like the wind never let up. With regard to that, Glad Lehner stopped the puck at precisely 2:30 of OT to switch sides instead of the horn sounding during play.

Shot attempts 42-38 Sabres. Cranny?
- 21peter

Agree with Jan that Mac was bad today but overall there’s nothing to judge, these conditions are obviously out of the ordinary, they pressed back in the 3rd where a lot of games they’d fold, Lehner was also very good
