No, he is better than that. The knock on him is due to his size, people expect a more consistently physical game. He also has a bum hand which he broke last year and will not fight anyone. With a good pairing, he is a reliable 3/4 with Penalty kill skills.

But he will cost 5 mil as a ufa minimum... Some team may offer 5.5.
