I believe it was MDZ. DJing may be his main side gig, but he also has a passion for graphic design. |

I know this wasn't directed at me, but I'm in the camp that would not. I think we have too many small forwards as it is and Simmonds brings a lot to the table such as size, grit, and leadership. Plus he is one of my favorite players.
As for this next contract (which I know some site as a reason to trade him now), I don't pay for it, so I don't care if it is high.
I also don't like fancy stats, and just enough watching the games.
this is beginning to sound like I'm on a dating game and MJL is Chuck Woolrey.
I'll be back in two and two. |

One cool handsome dude one poop anchor hockey player and the man most likely to personally usurp Dave Hakstol and lead the Flyers in esteemed glory to 8 straight Cups from his leadership and aura alone walk into a bar, bartender says "hey lip_out and Dale, who's your buddy?" It's a tough call. I see the merits of both sides. I will say this though, the Wayne Simmonds we've seen for most of this season so far, is not worth the deal he will likely command. Factors such as injuries have had an effect, so we'll see.

All valid points, but those years Simmonds would be extended for, Flyers have some size that should be on the team. Key word should as none of these are shoe-ins to make the NHL roster nor have Simmonds' impact.
Bunnaman 6'1 207
Ratcliffe 6'5 203
Allison 6'2 205
Lindblom 6'2 196
Vorobyov 6'2 207 |

Those are good points too. The key is that they all or most pane out. I like the fact that we are drafting bigger players.

Forgot to include Nolan Patrick too! Its def been a trend over the last few drafts and I'm all for it. I'm super intrigued by Ratcliffe's size and supposedly he is one heck of a skater for his size. Still have two 1sts this year to add, but if you move Simmonds, you can get another 1st (or two) or a high-ceiling prospect. I hate the fact we may have to do it, but I will understand the decision if it does happen.
Edit: The most ideal situation (not likely) is we flip Simmonds for a great return and he resigns as a UFA on a friendly-ish deal
But he's been underpaid, I do not blame him whatsoever if he wants to cash in on a big contract. |

These are the games that scare me. Game we should win and have to win. 8 out of 10 times flyers seem to poop the bed in these ones. No room for errors or setbacks in the standings. |

It's ok we're not making the playoffs this year. Might as well get a good pick.

Yay: That pass from Konecny to Ghost, which he unfortunately fumbled. Fantastic look though. And Elliot on the PS |
