I don't have one, but a friend does. He likes it, but it has the tendency to die before it gets back to it's charger. There's no setting on it to have it return if the charge falls below a certain level, so he finds it dead on the carpet from time to time. Other than that, he said it beats vacuuming all the pet hair.
