I don’t mind Housley, if the excuses of youth can be used for our youngins, then the same can be said for Housley. Let’s let him use this year and next to develop his style and grow into the job. Yes he is developing on the fly, what did everyone expect from a first time head coach?

This experi nice for him is invaluable in terms of finding his way on handling p,Ayers...he has his hands full, taking a graduate course while a freshman.

Used to enjoy the Florida, Texas or Ohio games on Shred and Regan.

Animals=Texas
Drugs/Crime=Florida
Vehicular Manslaughter=Ohio

Those were the only commonalities I found.

Are you trolling?
I liked gmtm , he was refreshing at first.

Some of his trades were suspect at best:

McNabb for fashing?
Prysk for kulikov?

Trading away the 2 1st rounders and our 2nd in the 2015 draft didn't make sense.
Regardless of the returns.

His foul mouth "slapping pee pees " got old
Missing on Reinhart and probably nylander

Jbotts has a MBA from the University of Michigan? He's the doofus?

What did tmgm really accomplish?

- Boss34

I'm not defending TM, but the entire league would have "missed on Reinhart" if given the chance to pick 2nd. He was going 2nd in most mock drafts.

And to say he may have missed on a 19 year old, former number EIGHT (not one, two, or even top 5 pick) pick is very premature.

I get what your saying but, there is absolutely no way to say that every gm was going to make that pick. Some may have picked the other sam or drasitl.

Nylander maybe a star. I'm looking a clayton keller and segachev for tampa. Both impact players, drafted before and after nylander.
He can't score in the ahl., that's not good.

Watch : hopefully he doesn't flop as a 19 year old in his 3rd world juniors.
Sorry: He has bust written all over him in my opinion.

I do like casey middlestat a lot, not trying to be mr. Negative

Well, those are the facts.
Hence why it isn’t considered here, lol.

Calling out Nylander isn’t very premature...there is still time, but the end of the runway is in sight out there, he better get some wind under them wings or he won’t be able to ascend to the NHL.
He will be 20 in 3 months time and that was the timeline his brother stepped up to the big show.

Let’s hope that the World Juniors gives him confidence again.
If I were JBotts, I would consider bringing him up for 5 - 10 games to ride on Eichel’s wing...let’s see if there is anything to the thought that he is better suited to play in the NHL rather than the AHL

Heres a Line combo, Sit that F'n bum larsson and put in Nolan. Larsson plays 8 minutes a night, he's a -15 and his only goal on the year is a empty netter. What more is it going to take to sit him down. And he's to slow.

Well, you're entire argument is complete nonsense. We haven't looked on track in a LONG time. Even if Murray entertained you during interviews, not only did he completely undervalue the players and picks throughout his tenure. He completely dismantled the organizations management. Quality players running around with no compass.

At first that was his job, but he didn't have the ability to climb out of the hole he dug.

-Nothing in the ECHL

-Had no respect or desire to build up Rochester

-He brought players with bad reputations

-Pysyk was our best defenseman who could make that first transition pass out of the zone. Any player you see doing that now?

Dude was a booze bag beUty of a scout. Provably fun to have a beer with, but no way any competent organization hires him for a position like that again.

- washedup20

Actually...
he was really quiet & kept to himself both times I served him
Once, he was with his wife & daughter & spent more time outside smoking than he did even talking to them
