Let's take Ryan Johansen for example he wasn't even close to NHL ready but the Columbus Blue Jackets chose to develop him through the NHL some people develop at a different pace

I think they still have room to grow. Risto is 23. McCabe is 24. They are very young. I truly think that with some stability in the coaching department those two can begin to excel.
