I wish we'd see a little more of that from him. I mean he doesnt have to go out and try to flatten everyone, but it'd be nice... especially in a game like this where the Stars seem to be "gooning it up", to see him put a guy on his butt from time to time.

I know it’s a drum I beat but I don’t like the Konecny usage. Kid needs to grow his top 6 game - I don’t want him becoming a bottom 6 energy pest.

I see more Arvidsson (sp?) than Upshall.

It honestly looked like a hit that neither guy was fully ready for but he demolished the other guy.

I wouldn't mind him get a bit more physical but I'm pretty damned thrilled with him this season.

Sanheim has been brutal again tonight by the eye test, fell twice with nobody around him, although only -1 tonight looks like Hal Gill out there but much softer. A few of the hockey Buzz GM 's critisize Hak for lowering his ice in saying he favours vets, funny Provy gets lots of ice and he's not a vet Hak plays who he thinks gives team best chance to win whether it's a vet or Rookie.

He looks like a rookie. We've been a little lucky in recent memory with Provy, Ghost, Hagg and Konecny pretty much all transitioning into the NHL with little hiccups. I'm sure he'll work it out in time.

Konecny is getting ice time including on the PP. He's had a number of good offensive chances including a breakaway.

Yet Sanheim continues to be a great possession player and positive influence on the ice more often than not. Provy's #fancies are signifigantly worse than Sanehim's in most major categories. Now, ice time and having Captain Mac for a partner definitely drag those down a bit. But still food for thought.

He's had his struggles for sure. All part of the process. When Manning is ready to play he'll probably get a few games off.
