On the sportsnet broadcast of the game last night the announcers were discussing Nylander's ice time and how he seemed to have the shortest leash of their young core.
Stating one night he played 8 min the next 13 and how its difficult to find consistency when being used that way.
Sounds familiar - SimmerDown
Obviously Babcock has no idea what he is doing.

Like Coach Varsity, Babs has been a loser everywhere he's been. So... clearly, he has no clue. |

I was wondering what's the tipping point for trading Simmonds? Would you give him an 8 year deal at 6 per, 5 years at 7? (just throwing numbers out there). - SimmerDown17
I love the guy but I wouldn't be supportive of more than 5 years. |

Absolutely. Babcock is another NHL coach that doesn't know how to coach young NHL players. Both Nylander and Marner have seen time on the 4th line. In the 12/9 game against Pittsburgh, Nylander played a little over 8 minutes of ice time, and saw one shift for 58 seconds in the 3rd period. |

Hey guys, great win last night. The Coots shot was nasty, along with the pass. Also the fact that he ragged about 19 seconds off the clock at the end was fun to watch too.
So I'm taking my gf to her first hockey game this weekend for the Dallas game. Super excited as we will be traveling up from Baltimore. Any suggestions for some must sees before or after the game? Either Wells Fargo center related or city-wise. Xmas village will probably be in the agenda lol |

I think Trouba is overrated and some team is going to regret the FA deal they sign him to this summer. He's good, but I don't think he'll be worth what he gets in his next deal. - BiggE

Remember how Weal played last year? He was tough on the puck and won plenty of board battles and was relentless on the puck. That is missing from his game this year. Last year he was praised now after 30 games we have to move him because he is too small. I just want good players. It matters more how big a player plays rather than his actual size. - MJL
Why isn't he playing like a big player this year? I don't see why Hextall needed to give a fringe NHLer a two year contract that went unclaimed through waivers. Yes he has talent, not denying that. I'm just not waiting for him to be 30 years old to find out his ceiling. |

Depending on how early you get into town, find a local, corner hoagie shop, anywhere but Pats or Genos, which both suck giant Harambe Balls, and get a cheesesteak.
Xfinity Live is kind of a cool place but it gets on my nerves way too fast. But at least it is close to the Arena. That is your main problem is that the Arena area is kind of away from most things to see IE Historical Sites etc.

Brandon Dubinsky out 6-8 weeks after his fight with Kassian last night. Didn't see it but he must of literally got his face beaten in |

He rips them in a lot during the PP just not from the best angles |

We look like world beaters right now. Although I feel there is more balance in the line up, it's still the same players producing (Giroux, Couturier, Voracek), which is my concern. The true test lies in the upcoming schedule with Dallas and LA ahead. |
