Ceci needs a change of scenery, his confidence is broken here, but the guy did score 10goals and almost 30 points just before last season. He's a legit NHL D-man that can round to be a solid top 4D-man if he finds his game, but he won't do it in Ottawa. As much as you want to talk, NHL Gms have interest in him, everyone knows that. Just look at Justin Schutlz and Ceci isn't close to how shattered he was in EDM
