There were cracks starting to show throughout the season. They lost a lot of games in OT. At the time most thought it was just the team taking time to find their game.

I mean, the teams winning percentage this season without Karlsson is probably a lot better than with him.

We will probably never know the actual answer, but I am curious at what percentage of overall health Karlsson is actually operating at right now. Based on how awesome he was in the playoffs last year even with the injury and freezing etc, he was clearly feeling better and more confident than he is now.
Don't get me wrong, I am sure it take quite a bit of time to get used to missing part of your ankle bone, and having tendons/ligaments whatever from a cadaver in your foot, but maybe it would have been best in the long run for him not to be playing so soon...

I think i'm on the fire Boucher and PD train. On paper we have a very good team

Why would you fire PD if you think the Sens have a good team atm?

I think you're trying to gloss over some of the issues here. It seems to be deep seeded.

There are about 50 possible reasons to why the slump is occurring. All are likely. I am not sure why not picking one or two is glossing over issues. Some make more sense than others. That's all I was saying. It's baffling. You can say the team went on a Cinderella run in the playoffs, but the regular season result was pretty accurate. Even if you hate the Sens, you can't say they should be a close to dead Last in the NHL.

I added him in, i'm still glad he got the Duchene deal done. But over all I really don't think he is a good GM
