I agree, but to say because it happened to Caps so it will happen to the Lightning is a bit of a stretch. It is very true that number one seeds often struggle.

I just really like the lightning's defense and goaltending and their offense speaks for itself. They have a very well rounded team, where I'm not so sure you could ever say that about the caps. Their depth always killed them when teams started shutting down their top 6 forwards.
