No contending team in need of an offencive rental is going to give up a top 4 deffencemen that can help this season. Personally I wanted Jvr gone last deadline when he had real value with a year left on a 30 goal pace. The potential gains where sacrificed for playoff experience and now it's almost worth hoping the leafs can resign him for below market value. That said I wouldn't complain if he gets packaged on trade for a yonge center with huge upside like kempe.

I saw something that said that soshnikov didn't skate with other scratches, so might be a possibility tonight.

So because the NHL schedule makers suck, the Flyers will have had like 40 days off, and the Leafs will be playing their 3rd game in four nights when they come into the Wells Fargo Center on Tuesday...
