How do you fire McLellan ? It's not really his fault that PC's roster gambles have back fired and he doesn't seem to be able to get anything of relevance done to fix the roster.

That’s the way it goes...GM gets a couple swings at bringing in different coaching usually. I’d love to see PC gone first but I doubt it happens.

If Chia could somehow move the Lucic and Russell contracts without retaining salary, adding first/second round picks, or using a buyout then I would accept him again.

Certainly PC is to blame the most. At the same time PK and PP has been a massive issue that's cost a few wins and a lot of that comes down to systems.

Special teams are completely sewered, the team isn't winning and consistently doesn't show up. I'm not gonna say it's all his fault, but his stubborn inability/unwillingness to adapt hasn't helped. Also, it'll help us get one step closer to firing Chiarelli.
