You're turning into TPC. Only Kreider matters.

The only time I noticed him was when he got tangled up and fell on Schultz.

Maybe one other shift where they were cycling the puck well but that was it.

Funny thing was even though they had 4 goals, none of the forwards really stuck out, except maybe Zuke, but he even he had some bad turnovers. Hayes and Nash were probably the worst.

Yeah wasn't sure if it was the ice or gripping the sticks to tight. I'm going to say the latter because on the PP Pitt passing was insane. Can't believe they didn't score on any of them.

The Bottom line was last night they played a very good / very talented team and came out with a win WITHOUT Hank.
Teams like that are going to neutralize your stars, just like the rangers did to Pittsburgh's.
What stood out was pretty much a wash of the teams top talents and the game being decided by the bottom guys that grind it out (Nieves and Fast ). That to me is a very good sign.

I was telling my wife that they were about to bust the game wide open if they kept getting PP time. I was so sure they were going to lose last night since it was my Birthday.

Malkin scares me more than Crosby when he takes over the game like that

Hornqvist breakaway was a PP goal but to your point, when they set up in the zone, those were some anxious moments

Good call. Some reason I thought that was the end and a horrible change.

Each could dominate a game, but yeah, I get what you are saying. Crosby is way more consistent, but Malkin is like an unstoppable beast

I D K if we used up all our puck luck goals and stops ..
Zuccs goal sneaks in
Buchny well nuff said
Malkin hit the psot witha min. left ..had arms 1/2 way up
Pavelac never saw it ..should a tied and gone to O T

Trade deadline too close ? If they dont know what they have by then ...then when

Nash ? is gonna go sooner i think then later .. gotta get a 3rd line center maybe
a F A end of season guy they can swap and settle $$

If any other injuries occur up middle ? then what
DD Krieds & Buchny ...holdin on ...with a band aid
Hayes Nash Vesey is the strangest checking line i've seen used ...
even though they look Offensive they did more checking and staying back then
any other line...
4th line ;very solid all around ...saw this one a mile away
J T Grabs zucc: had chemistry but D liability ....
Shame is we cant even swing a 3rd line type to just protect lineup in case ..
whos next ..Holland ? Laterrie ?

if youtrade Nash for a 3rd line center : ..line up when healthy

Z bad kreids buchny
Hayes Vesey Grabs
center* J T zucc
Boo Carey Fast

you could swap Quickie for vesey to make a shut down line of
Hayes Qucikie Grabs

lots of options and as i have read.. we have the 2 way players to absorb what nash is relied on 2 WAY PLAY... cant say scoring when you dont give him the
players to produce that..( Top center )

Mac is O K ,lest see what happens when its his contract yr ..like Nash's or will it be like Callahans ? i have seen his best already come ... I M O
