yes, since I am known around here by all as the guy who gets in daily 5 page arguments
4 preseason games is not as relevant to me as how he is playing right now in the AHL. You have stated his play away from the puck wasn't NHL ready, which I know was just copy pasted from Hextall's reasoning for sending him down, but as we know that is the stance you took. You've also said Hextall won't keep guys down that are NHL ready...so I guess we don't know what to believe.
Hextall can come up with whatever reason he wants to keep Lindholm down...that doesn't mean a) Lindblom isn't NHL ready or b) he can't be criticized. - YuenglingJagr
He possesses all the skills and ability to be successful at the nhl level today. His scoring is a matter of when not if. If we're going to keep him down until he pots 30 a season he might be 27 before we call him up. Anyone saying differently has just been drinking too much of the kool aid |

Tied with the islanders and stars for smallest increase in worth and one of the worst in revenue over ly. This is the type of thing that will get hextall and hasktol fired. Fans giving up and they stop spending money. |

it is 100% fact he has never reached 40 points. spin it anyway you want.
oh my bad his ppg would put him over 40. therefore he is a 40 point scorer. Though it has actually never happened. |

You're going to be a very sad man when he hits 40 by the all star break. |

Also worth noting the nhl as a whole averaged a 15% increase. |

I haven't looked at it yet, but is that in constant dollars? (taking out the impact from the rising CAD) |

Would you? Whenever I watch this guy he seems pretty good. But stats-wise, there's not a whole lot going on. He's a good skater and has some size, just hasn't put it together yet at the NHL level. |

Weise's exceptional ability was on display to make NP look bad.
If you watch his pass that resulted in the 2-1, it was perfect if W would have been in correct/proper position to accept the pass. He looked like Gumby he was so tied up! - Konalover
Weise was also to blame on that second goal when puck was moving up the boards towards the pinching defenseman, he just glided to the puck and reached for it and the pinching D man skated up and chipped the puck past him resulting in the goal seconds later. There is no reason this man and his 6 plus minutes of ice time can't be sat in the press box for anyone else. |

From my understanding it's not. But I honestly just glanced over it saw that we are at the bottom got disgusted and closed out. |

Simply from the viewpoint of Flyers organizational personnel would rather pull back a forward of similar age and ability. And if you're dealing with Edmonton do what you can to land Puljujarvi. |
