No idea. I'm just saying of the names out there that are free agent coaches that's who I would prefer. My overall preference however is not tie ourselves to anyone and be able to evaluate nhl assistants, unemployed coaches, etc. So if Gordon as interim or whatever else happens or if hasktol finishes the year it's all fine. If you're making a hire mid season, Idk I just don't expect much from a mid season hire.

Konecny is currently in Scott Laughton mode. He has no idea what his role should be and has no idea how the organization wants him to play.

I think if they set him loose to start scoring as a FIRST priority, the defensive side of his game will come around as he gains confidence.

Konecny seems stifled to me. I see a kid who is not asserting himself as much as he should be cause he is afraid to make any kind of mistake. And every time he doesn't score, the shoulders slump, the stick goes up on top of his helmet in the Jesus Christ Pose.

Wouldn't mind Crawford as an interim idk that he wants to be a head coach again long term.

He is 20 so I believe he is. The only thing I think he needs to work on is putting the puck in the net.

Konecny still plays like a Junior player. We have to remember that he is still only 20 years old and his development is going to take time.

Lol. Let's not all act like konecny is a current nhl all star. He has a lot of excellent tools. He could go down work on some of his 2 way play and pot a few and come back more confident. (Although i know the initial send down will hurt). And not like he will be playing with scrubs I would put him with Martel or lindblom and vecchione. Again not saying he has to but if hasktol is only going to play him 8 minutes a night and not in any crucial situations idk how he grows that way

They’re playing scared. Scared to make a mistake which is an awful way to play. Patrick was sat most of the game after that Spooner breakaway gift. You gotta send the kids back out there when they make mistakes. Let them make ammends and learn from it.

Konecny is rated a bit high. He’s still way too easily knocked off of the puck. He reminds me a lot of Scotty Upshall. Hopefully he has better upside.

Exactly, FFS, he was the only forward other than the top line generating any chances at all against the Bruins. Hak is not doing this kid any favors.
