Leadership is getting in the face of Jack telling him about the faults in his game and telling him he needs to work on those areas...face offs, d play...you’ve read my list.

It is getting in Sam’s face. It is Eichel holding others accountable to live up to their abilities. The list goes on. It is holding each other to be dedicated to the system developed by the coach, not play what they feel like when they feel like it.

If you don’t understand that and see it playing out in spades daily on this team, I’m not sure you ever will understand it.

kid plays like a man with boys
he is going to be a beast


he seems to hold onto the puck and looks to shoot first, pass second

one play, he was by the blueline on the goalies right, drove through 3 skaters to try to jam a 3 foot shot in the net


I see him like a jeff carter if playing center, or like e. kane if playing wing


not a bad thing, just don't expect 20 goals and 50 assists


then again we need scorers
