Yeah, once we put together a rounded team that competes every game, then Sam will be in his element and be a nice contributor. Until then, though, he can not be counted on to be a difference maker at all.
I was big on him 2 years ago but he seems to have not progressed at all.

Can they change uniforms next year? I thought they had to wait 2 or 3 years before changing uniforms again? I could see a lot of people being pissed if they bought new jerseys this year.

I read somewhere that people change their minds, I assume that's what Price did and decided not to knock up a 16 year old...

im not totally opposed to something brand new either. I know the turdburger left a bad taste in everyones mouth but I think as long as you nail the color scheme and keep the logo the design will look great too.

If he'd been with Jack the whole time, I'd wager he'd have twice as many points. I think he's played 4 games on that line...two goals, two assists 9 shots and is a +1. Could it also be that playing with the likes of Griffith and Girgensons was holding him back?

He isn't what I was expecting out of a 2nd overall pick, but when put alongside talented players he can produce at a decent rate.

If they were smart, they'd just do the original Winter Classics uniforms and make a dark version, a new design could end up alienating this fanbase even more.
