That is such a powerful story, it is very disappointing that the NHL refuses to acknowledge there is a correlation between fighting and concussions. Sure they take minor measures like not taking your helmet off before hand, but they need to take a lead role in recognition and assistance.

As a parent and grandparent I can feel and relate to Walter Peat.

many sides meaning that at the end of the day, it is a personal choice.

especially with the information that is out there, a player makes a conscious decision to accept risk.
