Geeezzz. The Hall/Larsson trade, yet an overpayment (most likely due to Chia's lack of strong negotiation abilities) is a fine deal.

Had (Max, Iggy, hell anyone from these boards) any person that can actually negotiate or hold his ground correctly been in that position, Hall/2nd for Larsson/1st could have actually been a reality. Shero wanted Hall no doubt, but the fact that Chia couldn't squeeze out a little bit more value is the part that pisses me off. Even without looking at those picks with hindsight (NJ drafted 12th ov in 2016), the value would be fairer and both teams would still get their wanted man.

But damn, Sorry to say, but Hall is gone, guys. Time to move on.

The problems with this team start with Talbot being inconsistent, Klefbom, and a few other small details. Those two right there have been major issues this entire season.

Couple that with a terrible offseason from Chia... Ebs not traded for a top 4 defender or in a package for an upgrade on the RW, Pouliot bought out (having a great individual season in Buffalo), and resigning Russell (do I even have to explain this one?).
