He’s done okay in the drafting. Very well, and done a wonderful job of dealing the dead weight.

I’m not going to go into what I’m not a huge fan of. I’ve done that too much on here.

What would you grade a coach on ? System execution ? Personnel decisions ? Getting the best of players ? In game adjustments ? Use of time outs and challenges ? Wins and losses? Hasktol fails at these.

What do you rate a gm on ? Trades? free agent signings? Personnel decisions ? Coach hiring ? Drafting? Hextall has been average at best at all this as a whole.

I have more patience for hextall. I have none left for hasktol I didn't like the hire at the time and he's done nothing to prove me different since.

I think folks are just upset more of the kids aren’t playing, and we are seeing the zombies played far too much year after year.

I strongly disagree, that more of them aren’t ready. Could be wrong there I suppose of course.

Will say Hak gets a lot of heat for some unfounded things but I would say his clubs have a very robotic/calm feel.

It’s a tough time to be a fan, that’s for sure.
