FLA actually has no real problem scoring. They have trouble stopping goals, so yeah... by all means trade a dman for JVR.

Sanheim straight up for JVR wouldn't be terrible. A first rounder added is certainly a joke.

Hagg straight up for JVR? Flyers would certainly have to add but a first rounder, again, is a bridge too far.

At the end of the day, the Leafs are looking for a RHD and there's better dance partners who actually have those assets (I'm looking at you, Anaheim).

The Flyers are not going to trade youth for older players, especially one who is nearing free agency.

You guys do remember if T.O had a trade on the table they could grant a team permission to speak with JVR and hammer out a deal prior to the trade. He being a FA next year isn't a trade stopper.

Can't see him going back to Philly or wanting to sign anything in Florida but Ahm or Cgy could be options IMO.
