Again, hand passes/play are allowed in the defensive zone and regardless of the Blues player 'closing' the puck in his hand the puck still dropped "IN PLAY" and the play was live…no possession, no dead play…goal counts. Puck in hand does not insinuate control. If it does then blow the play dead.

But anyways….we still blew a 3-1 lead regardless of getting jobbed by the refs but as Canucks fans we are used to the reffing. Nilsson was very weak on the 3-4 goals but it is what it is.

That is how this season will go for us. We will play with top 10 teams but ultimately find ways to lose due to lack of depth. Good teams find ways to win regardless of blown calls like last night…we are not a good team.

We are a good team, just don't have the skill level yet but its coming. If we can keep the good team mentality we will continue to get better as the young guys continue to grow

We've drafted 5 Dman in the past 13 years who could be considered NHLers and even that's debatable.

Connaughton, Corrado, Hutton, Forsling and Tryamkin. Only 1 is still with our team. So all that said Subban's development is actually quite impressive :sad:

It only takes one selfish poophole to wreck havoc on team chemistry, trust me I have seen it many times on teams I've been. This one guy pissed me off so bad I punched him out in the room. He kept yelling at me on the ice because he wanted the puck all the time even when hes standing still with 2 guys on him and I woudnt pass to him and it got the point where I didn't pass to him when he was open just to piss him off more he was such a poophole

sedin sedin granlund - Granlund work there last year, give him more offense roll
JV gange erickson - i want to see JV with others then sedins, they are hard to play with
Dorsett sutter vanek - could chip in a couple with vanek shooting and dorset crashing the net

Last place Lefty....nothing new. But you helped him out giving over Monahan that allowed him to take 3 stat points from you.

Though Nick aka N86 is having a huge week stat wise. Most of his guys played 4 games this weeek. He keeps closing the gap wonder how far that will go tonight.

Sure. not against it. Beyond the BBB, we haven't seen any consistently productive combos.

just seems we have a lot of complementary pieces, but not built around that spark, the skilled player or play maker.

Vanek really is wasted with Sutter. He needs to get the puck around the net. He looks dangerous there. But I don't know where else to put him unless TG keeps switching up the combos.

It would be nice if either Granlund or Gagner could stick at centre. If it goes back to Burmistrov then they may as well trade a winger cause we will always be sitting someone. and an injury could changer everything.
