He has been amazing in his role. Again, this just points out how large of a problem Edmonton has. The Oil would be a legit cup threat with Hall and Eberle. McDavid with Maroon and Ebs. Dra with Hall and anyone. Nuge can play on the third line and make the players around him look good. Much like Staal did for the Pens. He's the perfect guy for that role.

I’m even willing to take it a step further and say just Hall makes us a legit cup threat with leon/nuge moving around depending on hot streaks injuries etc. Ebs is a great perimeter snipe, but his loss coulda been absorbed. Just that much worse now with no insulation at all
