Hope so... Incredibly hard worker, really good two-way game, great attitude. I think any team would want him. - laughs2907
He’s been our 2nd best player this year.
And using only a small amount of exaggeration, considering his defensive game/tougher matchups/weaker linemates- overall he may have even been our most effective night in and out
No diss to Connor- he’s obv the backbone and this team lives and dies with him. Just saying nuge has been great for us. |

You mean that you don't believe GM's call him regularly to find out if he's heard anything? - gergeswillems

Of course they do. He’s the lifeline to the nhl |

Are you worried Chia will trade McDavid to the Preds for Turris? - gergeswillems
Is love to be able to laugh this off. But since chiarelli our gm. Yes, yes I am |

Agreed... Second best forward for sure. I think he was inspired by Lord Larsson. |

I forgot that I have one of those. I put it together 3 years ago, and never used it since I'm rocking the Monkii Bars 2 now. They're overpriced, but great |

Certainly not
But yeah, he’s also not that beanpole kid he was years ago.
6’ 185-190 is my guess.
dude’ll Never be a physical force, but He doesn’t look small nor does he get pushed around anymore. It’s a non issue |

I was going to say... That would put him at around the height and weight Bret Hart was in his prime... |

You should sell it to Nyquist or DeKeyser. They both could use one. - gergeswillems
It's only the PR1000 version. I paid around $500 Canadian, but haven't used it once. $350 and it's theirs |

Yep. 20 year olds aren't allowed to bang hot chick's or go to bars. It's just not what Chia Costanza will stand for! Instead, McDavid should just do nothing but eat, sleep, train and play Xbox in between Oilers games. - gergeswillems
Just good wholesome fun I say!! |

He'll never last in Edmonton. Though Vancouver has a nice Loui Eriksson that Chia might be interested in. |

Meh.
Ek is a joke
Just leave this site as a discussion point for home team fans. It’s a quality site in that regard. Forget the headliner links where he makes up rumours and pretends to have the first clue about inside info on organizations
U can almost see the logic.
> choose a team that’s struggling
>identify a potential issue
>throw sh1t against the wall and hope it sticks
The disingenuousness of it all is super annoying - HB77

Thing is....Nuge really is a prototypical 3rd line center on a cup caliper team. He's a guy that has the talent to play the number two spot, but excels at providing the needed third line scoring, and defense, that's essential to going deep in this era.
Spezza's just blah now. |

He has been amazing in his role. Again, this just points out how large of a problem Edmonton has. The Oil would be a legit cup threat with Hall and Eberle. McDavid with Maroon and Ebs. Dra with Hall and anyone. Nuge can play on the third line and make the players around him look good. Much like Staal did for the Pens. He's the perfect guy for that role. |

I know he is and I would love seeing him with us but you can't really have your top 6 with Drouin, Gallagher, RNH and Byron. It's just too small. Our small forwards are the one who plays the most with heart but we need more grit from bigger forwards. - koarik91
You'd realize he is 6' 1" and 195 -200 lbs right??
Not really small by any measure. |

The Nuge is Bret Hart's size... Not Jims. We need to make it realistic... Bret and RNH have the exact same bodies. What do you want? Giant Nugegonzalez? |
