I'd rather watch Corey than a sens game.

The biggest concern to me is the term. So many teams get soaked into it. A player's prime years are 27 - 29. You're paying him his career high salary and buying up 1 year of his prime performance, and then n years of declining performance.

Even with the cap going up, it becomes a boat anchor.
