Have we gotten to the "trade all of ours for all of yours" yet or are we still on Player X from Lehigh Valley is totally fixing this problem?

Asking for a friend.

True apathy realm again for me if that’s worth anything. The suckage is getting old.

As is seeing zombies play continuously year after year. Flyers need to rethink some of their philosophical approaches to young players/roles on the big club imo.

Not sure your assessment of Raffl is fair. His role on that line has been puck possession behind the dots and he has fed numerous high risk chances into the slot to both Laughton and Lier. Its unfortunate they haven't potted more but Raffl has been doing his job and doing it well.

The 4th line has been better than 4th lines in recent years. But it's almost a tallest midget scenario. Outside of the first line, no one is producing any offense. Simmonds, Konecny, and Weal are the main guys who have to pick up their production. That said so does everyone else.

My favorite part of this whole stretch of play for the Flyers is going to be when AMac gets back and they start winning again and watching people fall all over themselves explaining it.

Yeah he should help the bottom 6 quite a bit

How much you want to bet it’s going to be Manning over Sanheim?

Wiese has the Flyers last goal not scored by the top line. Raffl has been just as bad as Wiese. Zero points in 19 games is hard to believe. I bet even VDV never went 19 games in between points with the Flyers. Does it surprise you that VDV was a regular with the Flyers for basically 3 years, and now the guy is out of the NHL?
- PLindbergh31

Scary or they love players like VDV Weise Boyd Raffl A Mac CoonectMe for an semi TANK! And that Saint Louis deal was horrible made flyers worse Louis better :

in person hearing for Gudas. Doesn't that mean 5+ game suspension?

It could be at first.

Manning has played well but he is a swing guy. He goes through stretches of playing well and then he'll hit some rough games.

If it happens i just don't want Sanheim sitting long.

Preferably I might sit Gudas right now. Even after the suspension. His play has not been great.

Raffl having zero points is surprising but I don't feel as tho he has played badly. Weiss, in my opinion, has looked bad.

If Gudas misses 5 games is there a possibility we could see Morin or is the time table still not right with his injury?

including defensemen. they're allowed to score goals, too. supposedly. then again, maybe the nhl banned it and i'm unaware. who knows what the (frank)ing rules are, anymore.

A knight in shinning armor will swoop in Tuesday night to save the season. A-Mac is back, and he's back big!

Absolutely. Wow.... The Flyers defense core has combined for 6 goals this season. I'm thinking that has to be near the bottom of the league.

Edit: Maybe not, the Sabres have zero goals from their defense. How the (frank) is that possible?

D have been flyers best asset lately without an overpaid A Mac maybe his shoot blocking will make flyers score more

This seems like it would be a logical entry point for Morin to replace Gudas, but his injury might not make that possible.

I agree with the idea of replacing Weiss and potentially Filpulla or Raffl. The current defensive core is proof enough that the youth can inject speed and skill to this team. There's nothing wrong with giving Lindblom and Vecchione that opportunity. They may struggle, but they could also thrive. It's worth the risk and there really isn't that much risk at this point, based on the play of the current forwards.
