I would rather see vecchione or lindblom make the jump before Martel. I think they are better suited today for the NHL especially defensively where Martel is a liability. Why does it have to be Martel since we always seem to talk about him ?

He has 14 goals in the A and the Flyers are having trouble scoring right now so that'd most likely be the reason why. Realistically though would the Flyers really be that worse off subbing him in for Lehtera , they are already losing games what's the worst that could happen.

I'd take any of them over Weise at this point. Weal's made some nice plays tonight and Weise just flubs it every time.

Exactly, makes no sense to me how the Flyers coaching staff is so attached to using Lehtera and Weiss every night ,both of them do nothing. Sure some of the younger guys may not be as reliable defensively but they will provide more than those two and they'll learn from the mistakes they do make, so why not get them some experience.

I feel you man wouldn't mind seeing Lindblom or Vecchione get the shot either. I'd rather see anyone but Weiss and Lehtera in there, they bring nothing to the table and aren't in the future plans so why play them.

I'd say lindblom is an extremely defensively responsible forward. Vecchione is good in the department as well. Plus lindblom besty hagg is with the flyers maybe being roommates on road trips will help him continue to adjust to America
