Yeah, I'm starting to realize just how much of a liability he is. Like the snarl (much like schenn) but yeah... JB (frank)ed this one. Hate it when Nucker is right

Thanks Nucker and Tumbleweed! Hand holding at 7pm sharp

oh good.

so i take back some of my criticism of benning over the years. drafting isn't really his problem. player development was.

seems like he might be turning the corner there. might need a couple more years to see how things play out.

Kind of a Luke Schenn at this point, would you say?

Are the Leafs still paying him, too?

If it was from Tkachuk at the end of last game I hope someone (frank)s up Gaudreau or Giordano at the end of next game.

It's a wussy move because there's no time left on the clock and he knows who he's targeting.

Maybe one of the guys that get paid to bring toughness to the lineup will do it.

- Nucker101

missed that.

Tanev hurt now, figures, some things never change.
- Bettmanhatesus

Do you really figure Tanev is hurt? I find it kind of interesting all of a sudden an injury occurs just as Edler returns. We have seemed to have a lot of that the last few years.

Good chance to see who is who and how others play when top guys are gone.

And Vanekk

Then send down Virtanen and call up Goldobin after and I think that would make the entire roster less than or around 200 pounds outside of Horvat

If Granlund is in have Burmi draw out. Keep Gaunce in for heavy Ducks.

Pre-season Granlund, Vanek and Gagner looked good together. See what offense they can generate now.

Why do you want to sit Burm ? Did he piss in your cornflakes?

With that in mind maybe that continues where in March post TDL you have Gaudette, Goldy, EP, & Dahlen draw in to replace injured and traded:

Goldy Gauette Gagner

Lol that would be a Lefty reason. Players are pieces to utilize there is no Makita attachment bias to any. Why I explained logical choice for this game only that was based on lines and opposition. You see it differently?

(Not aimed at you). I don't get all this trade this guy , sit this guy , try this pairing or line . If it's not broke don't fix it. Even when we are playing well above expectation we complain ( myself included).

I say let Gaunce sit, When Stecher and Loui come back let them earn their spot.

Canucks are coming off a win but Granlund being ready to play brings the change. No problems sitting Gaunce but he probably would be more useful against heavy Ducks team on the road. Granlund is better then Burmi and showed chemistry on that line before. So that's the deduction.
