Thanks Carol!

A 5 minute old update helps solve the numbers game a bit:

- WhiteLie

Tanev hurt already not even 15 games in...

If it was from Tkachuk at the end of last game I hope someone (frank)s up Gaudreau or Giordano at the end of next game.

It's a wussy move because there's no time left on the clock and he knows who he's targeting.

Maybe one of the guys that get paid to bring toughness to the lineup will do it.

- Nucker101

Didn't see it but no shock Tckachuk is a goof.

And Vanekk

Then send down Virtanen and call up Goldobin after and I think that would make the entire roster less than or around 200 pounds outside of Horvat

- Nucker101

On pace for 50 + pts and you want him gone?

Skinny guys deserve more love, not the fatties. Gagner, Sutter, Tanev and Granlund

Great blog Carol! I do really think that Miller in net is the real story tonight. 2-0 Anaheim, this team is going to be ugly without Tanev.

With Tanev out now any word on Stecher's status? Getting too thin on RSD.
- Nuck4U

Pratt reported that Stecher was in a crosswalk and got hip checked by a 80 year old lady, he's out another six weeks with a bruised ego.

great trade by JB

he was 8OA so theres skills there. TG will bring it out in him

- SMBDragon

Hope so! Traded for him in my keeper league. Don't need him to be good this year, but in the long run.

The hate is strong with this one.

In other news: Dorsett's 25% shot percentage is totally sustainable. He is our MVP and totally deserves to play 20 minutes a night because he is so good in both ends.

I thought that Miller was not bad last year for us, could go two ways, most Canuck players know his weak spots, or Miller knows most of the Canuck players tendencies.

Vanek, Del Zotto, Virtanen for Vancouver.

3-2 Canucks

I think it's his first showing in Anaheim, so he'll have no shortage of motivation if he really wants to get starts. Anahiem is doing so bad he could steal Gibson's job short-term if he's lights-out

Just more proof of how short in depth the Canucks are on the RSD and why JB will sign Guddy.

Biega who doesn't belong in the NHL, is a journeyman at best, is your fall back. There is no one else being developed that is close enough to NHL ready for a RSD 6D spot in the organization. Chatfield is years away. Everyone laughs at Subban. It's an issue. Maybe this draft will alleviate it. But that takes time as well.

- Nuck4U

agreed, he should re-sign gudbranson.

might have to overpay a little, but will be good stop gap until other guys develop.

probably only be able to sell him for pennies on the dollar.

might as well re-sign him and get something for the price you paid for him.

Kind of a Luke Schenn at this point, would you say?

good comparison.

leafs were able to get out of fletcher's draft mistake and trade schenn away too while he still had value.

Yeah, I'm starting to realize just how much of a liability he is. Like the snarl (much like schenn) but yeah... JB (frank)ed this one. Hate it when Nucker is right

Thanks Nucker and Tumbleweed! Hand holding at 7pm sharp
