I was working and only got to watch a part of the second right after Murphy scored. At least the boys have their moms to comfort them tonight.

Changing coaches might (MIGHT!) help the PP but I don't know what else it can really do for this team. The problem is the players on the ice, there just aren't enough that are good enough. I think the Blackhawks have three legit top six players: Saad, Toews, & Kane. They need at least one more. Panik can be fine with 20 and 19 IF 88 has more talent on his line; like last year when 72 was with him and AA was good enough. Schmaltz & Hartman & ADB are just not playing well enough. A similar story is going on with the defensemen.

The Blackhawks need to figure this out soon, not just on the ice, in the front office as well. There needs to be a plan. There needs to be a reason for hope.
