It's a Chrysler of course it broke down. Sorry buy a Ford or GM. And I think your right about Smith. The Flames do need a better team game.
I live in Prince George BC of all places. It's kind of cold. Minus 10 is nothing. - Coilers
She's an old Toyota Land Cruiser. Normally she is pretty good.
Had some friends that worked up in PG and they described the city as the bumhole of BC, but gotta be pretty cool place if you are into the outdoors. Heard great things about Powderking and if it is on my Bucketlist of places to snowboard.

Was Smith your best player against the Canucks? I think not. Besides Johnny G is your best player. I can name 10 Flames that carry more value than Smith. Please give your head a shake. - Coilers
We've played 15 games and you're basing your evaluation on one game? Should we just ignore his 4 40+ save games? Maybe the ones where we scored twice and still managed to win?
Johnny G is an amazing player but he has not been the MVP of the season so far
Are you so bored of oiler hockey you have to poorly attempt to troll on a flames thread? |

HAHAHAHAHA! Yes! This is fun. Alberta Edmonton redneck to be exact. Turns out you need a degree to make a living in BC. |

He does have a good save percentage. Not bored or really trolling to be honest. I'm a fan of the game itself. Been part of too many hockey pools to really have a favourite team anymore. Though come playoffs I will cheer for a Canadian team. Seems Canadian's are passionate about hockey more than Americans that's for sure.

I'm an honest guy. I'm not in here to insult anyone. Rather talk hockey. My honest opinion of the oilers is that they happen to be a two horse team and nothing more. Without Mcjesus and Draistyl they would be without question a bottom feeder for a very long time. The flames on the other hand have some great pieces and stole Tkachuk. Edmonton management must have some regrets. |

Also Treliving is one of the better GM's in the NHL. As long as he's in charge the Flames have a future. |

How many games do you think he should play ? Not saying now is the time but they can't give him 76 starts which is what he's on pace for. - tincup
There's no magic number, but there's really no reason why he couldn't play 76 games if he stays healthy. All the worrying about goalies playing too many games is just more overthinking and 29 teams needing to find reasons every year why they didn't win. Playing goalie really isn't any more physically demanding than being a skater.
Smith is a veteran and he knows his body. If I was Gulutzan I'd leave the decision with Smith as to when he needs a night off. If you can trust Smith to take the nights off when he needs them, there's no reason to not let him play if he's not banged up, especially since the Flames have the worst goalie in the NHL as their backup. |

And,uh, Matt Murray, Phil Kessel, Kris Letang, and role guys like Bonino, Hornquist etc... - rmull905
Exactly they have more than Crosby and Malkin. Unlike Edmonton. |

Letang didn't play one game in the playoffs last year.
Sure though. The pens role guys. Irreplaceable.
Murray was great, but Fleury (a lottery pick btw) proved they could have done it with him too. Noticing he played most of the games last playoffs.
Kessel is greร t though. |
