Scandella, Risto and Mccabe have played in most games. Thats 3 of your top 4. What really is the gap between Tennyson and Bogosian? Like obviously ones an NHL guy and the other isn't but that's not really saying much here..

I would say beaulieu and Bogo are an upgrade over Tennyson and Falk and Gorges, but I can see how one may argue the other way.

The greater point here is we haven't been able to establish any chemistry to see what we really have.

They are being asked to play much different this year than last,
so u do have to figure that in as well

I believe this game makes us 4-4-1 since that brutally awful start

get us healthy, clear some more dead weight & bring up young talent, get some better goalie play

I dont think chemistry is the reason they cant complete a clean breakout pass. Or that the defenders (none of whom are good defensively) are not playing well defensively.Or that Lehner handles the puck like a kid who warmed up his food for too long in the microwave.

again this would just take it from embarassing to bad. An improvement sure but you'd still have maybe one top pair guy and 0 shut down guys.Thats the bigger issue than injuries to the blue-line.

Tennyson is -3 and was in the box for a fourth. Get him of the ice and we’re 33% better on D because even w Bogo we have a pair on all 3 pairs. At this point Tennyson is beyond not contributions, he is detracting.

I just don’t think we are in a “blow it up” phase of the rebuild
