Yes ... given it's Hank, and the minimal time remaining in the 3rd with a one goal lead.
However, despite any fault being his for not coming out slightly to challenge the shooter on that angle, the puck was released from close in off Trocheck's stick with both more juice, and a faster elevation than normal. It was a perfectly placed shot that given Hank's deep positioning there, would likely only result in either a goal, or direct contact with the crossbar in 90% or more of those exact chances.
The rise of that goal was similar to that of Tanner Glass's backhand GWG shot directly off a face off against Montreal last postseason, which was at up to maybe only 20% of the speed that Trocheck's goal was, as one who has 30 goal potential every season.
