Hawks look great tonight. Schmaltz in particular -- been making a lot of steals and is anticipating the play well. Nice shorty by Anisimov. Toews looks good... is winning lots of battles in the corners.

Well, So much for the theory that the Hawks can't dominate good teams unless the game is out of reach.

If any team would take that contract for a Twinke it would be a steal

Yeah - now let’s see them make Rinne more uncomfortable than he’s been so a couple of those shot go in.

well the two dogs of this board: seabs and AA playing quite well...

hawks have that jump for the first time in about 4-5 games...

i don't think thats the argument...they of course they can and they do,

ths issue is it comes in spurts and disappears

Good period, dominant period. Great job by AA to follow up for the stuff.

Hayden had another great period. I think teams are hearing his footsteps because Nashville surely was. I'd really like to see him 2L with Schmaltz and Kane. He will create space for the 2 wizards and probably do well in front of the net.

It may not be "the" argument, but it has been implied many times lately.

The powerplay is laughable. Predators in total control now. Need to kill the penalty to start the third

I'm surprised the Hawks PP is not dead last in the league. It's liquid molten steel running into a sewer drain from a dumpster fire.

On the Hawks first power play in the 2nd period, they had to dump the puck in twice. And this was with Toews and Kane on the ice.

Not sure which game is going here...Hawks with a nice shortly by AA no less to end the first then commit the cardinal sin and give up a goal in the first minute of the 2nd on a brutal turnover by #2.

PP craps the bed continuously/ seems most Hawk shots are slappers from the perimeter that Rinne has no trouble tracking...

Murphy screens Craw on the 2nd goal...right now looks like the Hawks are getting outplayed. If they lose this evening they'll be 1-3 against the Central so far.

Lets give the Bowmans the boot!

Terrible team.

Terrible contracts & no trade clauses.

Nice job Bowmans.

Watching Arvidson blow by Seabrook and Toews reminded me of Federov catching up to Gretzky from behind hardly trying. Relatively speaking, 7 and 19 are old and slow. I'm not disappointed, it was a great run, just hope that the front office can deal with those contracts effectively and turn the corner.

Wasn’t it Seabrook and Anisimov?

Should have been a penalty of Forsling when the Pred split the two Hawks and was hooked/tripped.

It evens out.
