Yeah in their defence they were absolutely exhausted because of the icing and that was the Jets fresh 1st line.

It was painful to watch haha... Lucky there was no goal against.

My guess is he was either just going through some weird slump or playing with an undisclosed injury.

In Sheary's case, he was so hot all year I think he was bound for a slump. He's probably not the top even strength point scorer he was last year, nor is he as bad as he was in the playoffs. Where in between he is, we'll find out. Great start so far.

Malkin is just plain sucking or the last few seasons. He is way past his prime and living up to the "turn over machino". Great in OT with limited pressure, but 5v5 is way too much of a liability.
