There is the difference in a nutshell....

Bruins...long pass, breakaway.

Sabres...long pass, off target, icing.

Agreed.

When it's on him it's on him.

Deflection or not. You have to stop that.

Even RJ is surprised Lehner made that save , also questioned it too

Hey if you count the ones to the Bruins, they're over 80% accurate.

Ok, that's half the story....it looked like Marchand whiffed on that attempt, because Antipin was there.

Lehner did take away space.

Let's be honest in our criticism here.

Boston typically enters the zone with control.

The Sabres dump it, Boston gets it.

That's the other reason.

It's this way consistently game in and game out.

That's the other reason.

Ok I thought Lehner made the save .

Then looked back upper left and saw the score .

what more do you need?...the puck is on the blue line and both Virtanen's skates are across it?
- Michael Pachla

Do you know how the rules work on offsides?

He could have skated in backwards, skates fully over and the puck on the other side of the blue line and it isn't offside

If the player has control of the puck, which NHL OPS felt he did, then he isn't offside. Whether he was or wasn't is up for debate, but still photos don't prove your point

so, in closing,

THAT'S WHY STILL PHOTOS DON'T WORK FOR YOUR ARGUMENT, THE FIRST POINT I MADE ABOUT YOUR POOPTY BLOG

Get out of here with your post modernism, it's not what it is because they call it that way.

A player has control when he has control objectively.

For what it's worth, I'm with you.

But your argument sucks.

Back to Pitt for you.
