So, my wife just asked me what the difference between a caper and a caper berry is.

I look over and see huge scallops, jumbo shrimp, Israeli couscous, tomatoes and hot peppers from our garden, creme fraiche...I have goose bumps.

Nice game by Marchment...better looking version of his papa for sure. Hope he keeps developing - he's a big boy on a team full of under 6' forwards.

NICE.

What kind of peppers did you grow? I grow a bunch of hot ones and tomats, nothing better than when it's plucked right off the tree.

Remember Spezza had a good line one time when he was playing for the Sens against the Leafs in Ottawa, we gotta score early to take the crowd out of it lol

She didn't expect me to know - and I didn't, but I am working so I just searched it up.

Capers are the unopened buds of the caper bush that are pickled and often used as a seasoning or garnish. A caperberry is the fruit of the caper bush; it is generally found with the stem on and, like the caper, is pickled.

We'll give you Andrew MacDonald, Colin McDonald, and three McDonald's franchises to be named later for him.

So good. Finely minced hot peppers in vanilla ice cream is good. Fire and ice. Hot peppers on everything.

Or they made a lot of their own luck. And some opposing fans can't accept that. S'okay, we'll agree to disagree.

If I'm going to be an honest hockey fan, Senators are under rated by a lot of people.

Having said that, (frank) the Sens!

6-2 Leafs.

Kawartha Lakes has/had an ice cream called Sweet Heat - oh my lord...amazing, but I couldn't find it anywhere this summer, and I don't think it is in retail packages. If you ever see it...buy it.

I have to admit, they have been underrated, they're good. Should be a good game. Leafs will destroy.

If I'm one of those people under-rating the Sens, then so be it.

I'm terrible at the prediction business, so instead of predicting a Leafs win, I'm just going to say... "Big game tonight... gotta play it, might as well win it."

Oh.. and another (frank)ing thing... Doug Gilmour's book (came out on the 17th, I believe) can be had through Amazon.ca for like $20 CN, but from Amazon.com it'll cost me like $35 US. WTF!

So.. should I like buy Killer's book from Amazon.ca and maybe throw in a coupleof Dave Bidini's books (I think Wedginald recommended them to me a year or so ago), and call it a day?

I recommend Bidini for sure...I just have 2 of his books. The Best Game You Can Name and Keon and Me. Both are great...The best Game is a fun read...Keon and Me takes you on a very personal journey with Dave and a bully he dealt with as a kid.
