Ok...
but how does what’s going on in the media department translate to the players?

That doesn’t make sense to me at all

And again, I’m being sincere here

I'm a proponent of creating a healthy, supportive and educative work-environment. I've seen it pay off at 1 or 2 places I've worked and high turnover is never a good thing. I don't care about the higher ups and executives, I care about the employees.

No one is there or employees, especially not HR and this needs to change.

To think America can sustain under the current conditions when it's literally falling apart under them is straight idiocy.

- BeadyEyedDouche

I'm all for turnover amongst management, that's healthy really, myself included.

Floor workers, I like to see stability there. Best thing to do while managing, is follow the rule book meticulously. Don't LOOK for ways to make behaviors fit it, but deal with infractions equally across the board. It just works better for employees when they know EXACTLY how their boss is going to react, they tend to be happier.

But, that's a common misconception....often the supervisors and managers are MUCH more on the side of the employee than HR EVER is. At least in most meetings I've been in. The rep on me is a hard ass, for people that don't work, amongst those that work, I'm liked.

Most companies, big ones at least, run employee surveys. TRUST me, those matter.

You're talking to a guy who was rightly almost FIRED for his early in his career. Me getting nailed to the wall for treating the people the way I did year 3 of being a supervisor was the best thing that ever happened to them, me, and anyone that ever reported to me again.

my take

maybe the locker room was full of a bunch of spoiled brats, which led to the rules enforcement and skunk getting benched

it might be a character thing, hence bring pommer back

- homiedclown

Ok... is that still a problem though?

Is that why we have Pouliot in the lineup instead of Baptiste?

IF there are issues in the locker room still, then that obviously needs to be addressed ASAP

Make a point that has credibility

John Smith being unhappy in the media department bc his boss is hard on him is NOT what makes Pouliot or Tennyson suck

Failure is a hell of a teacher.......if you let it.

However, the personality type of most managers is to blame other people for failures and carry on. If you haven't read Jung's Typology for personality it's pretty fascinating.

I took the test....took me two hours.....all to reveal what all know anyway...I'm an bumhole.

That's not what I'm saying you idiot. For (frank)'s sake I can't spell it out for you any clearer than THE MEDIA DEPARTMENT IS ALWAYS IN THE BACK-GROUND LISTENING BECAUSE THE ENTIRE BUILDING HAS A DEMAND FOR MODERN TECHNOLOGICAL INFRASTRUCTURE: Internet, electric, cable, computers, televisions, wi-fi, projectors, video-capture and play-back, the list goes on and on and they hear flipping everything that's going on.

Dude. You need to learn how to read between the lines. You're on here attacking me for the past 2 or 3 weeks and now you expect me to explain myself to you? Get a (frank)ing clue, how about that?

I am a firm believer that's why pouliot was signed

play him a year instead of the kids

problem is I don't see that splash to make the roster better for this year, unless they thought bogo makes the d decent and the rest of the guys up front were fine

Ok...

But let’s say the locker room issues were dealt with last year & this offseason

Wouldn’t J Botts still want to develop a winning culture in Rochester regardless?
