Ok... how so?
What kind of examples can u give that would lead to better play from Tennyson or Okposo or whoever?

I’m being serious & giving u a chance to back your point up here

Doesn't mean it's okay.

But in a competitive business, it's normal to see competition.

People don't have jobs because they're entitled to them, they have them because they can do them well.

It's a tough environment sure, but it's correct.

CVS opened a DC near me about five years ago. I was one of the first supervisors they hired. The start up didn't go well, HALF of my peers got fired in ONE day.

Did it stink? Yes. I got "promoted" to cover three departments. But you know what...after those people got canned. It got better...slowly but it did.

I’m being serious

Can u further explain what u mean?
Because what u said was so general that I can’t see how it affects the players on the ice

Fair enough. I respect your explanation of the comment . Sad if it really is the problem

The lack of winning has been a root cause, of course. It's toxic all over. That much is obvious.

What isn't obvious is how to fix it, because patience is non-existent and nothing has worked.

We flat out need to start winning and it doesn't matter how. Botteril was the right choice for GM.

But Housley might not have been for coach.

Let's be real, chances of him getting fired if this doesn't turn around fast are 50/50 given Terry Pegula's current track-record.

If it was, I was already gone. I was only there for about 2 years. My career was stuck because I was seen as one of the "Originals" that couldn't get it done.

When I put in my notice they told me to come back anytime I wanted.

It's the one by you if you're in the valley.

Murray's roster had no chemistry

It's a hangover dealing with the cards Murray dealt this franchise

I know I give him sh!t a lot for his nonsense...
but I was being serious

I wanna hear some examples of how this is getting to the players in a way that can affect them
If it’s a problem, then maybe Pegula’s management style or whatever does need to be addressed

Really they got nailed for that?

I just ran into a couple of guys that used to report to me.

Ones I didn't fire thankfully.

I'm a proponent of creating a healthy, supportive and educative work-environment. I've seen it pay off at 1 or 2 places I've worked and high turnover is never a good thing. I don't care about the higher ups and executives, I care about the employees.

No one is there or employees, especially not HR and this needs to change.

To think America can sustain under the current conditions when it's literally falling apart under them is straight idiocy.

Im being serious...
are u hearing this from inside the locker room about Pegula?

If so,
I think your concerns here are legit

But if it’s coming from someone in Sales,
then it’s pretty hard to correlate that to bad play on the ice

my take

maybe the locker room was full of a bunch of spoiled brats, which led to the rules enforcement and skunk getting benched

it might be a character thing, hence bring pommer back

At any workplace, people talk.

I have no connection to the locker-room but the media department (digital arts, sound, lighting, etc...) is always a fly on the wall.

Ok...
but how does what’s going on in the media department translate to the players?

That doesn’t make sense to me at all

And again, I’m being sincere here
