Well McCarron and Scherbak are gonna turn this thing around.

Poor them, they are coming here just to get their confidence destroyed. Julien will put them with De La Rose on the 4th line.

There's some good news.. with 4 points in 8 games Alzner is alot more offensive than I imagined.. of course he's -7..

still early, but I'm not impressed by CJ. he made mistakes last year, and still does this year. he plays the book. MT was a much better bench coach imo.

Seems to me like all he just did was rolling his 4 lines...

All management will be out by Christmas
Julien will be the rebuilding coach for the next 3 years

I seem to remember everybody here complaining because he could never adjust to the other coaches during the playoffs...now suddenly he was a good coach?

I'll stick by what I've said when Therrien was fired.

His time in Montreal had come to an end and it was the right call to replace him.

That doesn't make him a bad coach.

Is Julien doing a better job? Right now I'd say no.

So far I prefer the way Julien is handling young players. But I agree the results are not there at all.

.612 winning % with a very average team is not bad

I don't think the results were the issue with Therrien, it's how he alienated alot of his players

when Therrien had to trot out Condon and Scrivens every night they were the worst team in the NHL. Carey Price has an .881 save percentage right now. as long as he plays like that, nothing else matters. they will lose game after game after game.
