You'd have to be pretty uninformed to think otherwise. OEL, Goligoski, Hammer, Demers, Chychrun, Clendenning, Schenn. That is a damn fine defense.

Jimmy Jimmy Jimmy you are the one spouting their greatness before they played a game. Yes over time if the chemistry is right but you made your assumptions based on what they’d look like on paper and the game is played on ice. So tempering your expectations would have been appropriate rather than looking at the reality of the play. But you are always right so I’ll leave you to troll your own blog to have the last word which it seems you have a compulsion for doing.endlessly. I really feel sorry for you not being able to take any criticism at all or by admitting you can be wrong or jumped the gun on your expectations, very Trumpian of you!

But we're talking specifically global warming, then yes, I do think anyone who is at this point is denying it is stupid.

So you're saying there's a chance the Coyotes can get hot? e5

Happy to help.

They have one point in 7 games.

So out of 14 total points that they could have earned, they have earned 1.

1/14 is equal is equal to 0.0714285714285714...

Roughly 7 per cent.

But if you want to argue that an overtime loss isn't part of a winning percentage, I'm happy to continue to push you around like a cheap mop.

Hint: Red Fisher solved this little question years ago. But I'm sure you are more of a hockey expert than Red Fisher.

Go ahead, Jimmy....I dare you.

I double desert dog dare you.

A winning percentage requires a win. The Coyotes winning percentage is zero. You're embarrassing yourself.

So it's point percentage? Cause winning percentage is zero.

Yes, he means points percentage. But it's still pretty funny watching him go on and on. This must be what trolls feel like.

Oh Tom.

Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom.

Pretty simple: think of a tie as half a win.

Think of an overtime loss as a tie.

Otherwise, you have to get into some ridiculous math.

If team A goes 0-0-82, they will finish the season with 82 points.

If a team B goes 40-42-0, they will finish the season with 80 points.

I don't give a poop that team B has "won" 40 more games than team A - they have finished below team A in the standings. That's all that matters.

Wow. If you scroll down to the bottom where Arizona sits, the NHL has their points percentage at 0.071. Just like you explained previously.

It's too bad some people like to nitpick over semantics and are changing the discussion into an argument of winning percentage and point percentage being different despite most people using them interchangeably for years. It's sad that people need to make this the new argument simply because they are too proud to admit they didn't understand your initial post and how the Coyotes had 7%.
