I never did the scalper thing. I thought they really cracked down on it. Would suck if you went and couldn't get tickets.

If you take the train in you get them downstairs, not outside the arena.

I rarely engage him. There will be time he'll complain about me when I haven't commented for hours. I don't get it.

You have to sit up high at those events. If you are down low you are watching it on the scoreboard.
You go for the experience, that's it

We were out in left field by the foul pole in the 200 level (can't remember exact section). It was just that the orientation of the rink made it so damn far away that it was like watching from the last row at an arena, which is certainly something I would not pay several hundred dollars for. Glad I went, but I wouldn't do it again.

This team has sunk to a new low. They're continually playing from behind since the continue to give up goals within the first minute or two of a game. They play with no heart or emotion and skate lackadaisically through the neutral zone. Although Torts out lived his time in NY the team played with heart and soul and teams new they were going to pay when skating into the zone. Hanks play has dropped off and probably needs to go as do a few others. CK should be a force on the ice like Wayne Simmonds but unfortunately he's adapted the play when I want to approach. Jimmy Vesy has fallen off the face of the earth and Nash can't buy a goal with his over priced contract.. I say start benching these clowns and bring up the kids even if it's one game. I'm still baffled how Holden and/or Kempfer outplayed Ryan Graves to be 6th or 7th D. Unfortunately Lindy won't be the answer if AV goes he needs to take freaking Scott Arneil with him.

The problem with the scalper thing now for most events is that you can have hard copy tickets, and sell tickets on-line, at which point the hard copies become null and void. Not sure whether it's like this at MSG, but it is for a lot of tickets that we sell out here -- i.e., we sell football tickets on stubhub but still have the hard copy.

Ruff is a dinosaur, I wouldn't want him anywhere near my team. Best course of action would probably be to get someone young that can embrace the new style of NHL hockey.
- eichiefs9

I don't understand the hatred.
And don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to say he's Bowman or anything. But, Ruff has 736 wins behind the bench, went to the Cup finals (which Buffalo got hosed in) and won a Jack Adams.
He played in the league for years. It's not like he doesn't know what it takes to win in the NHL.
Yes, the game has changed. But, we're talking about someone who had the skill and hockey IQ to play 700 games and has never stepped away from the league for an extended period through all those changes.
How is he not qualified? As was said earlier, ALL NHL coaches outlive their welcome. We need someone with passion and fire right now, because none of our players have it.

Heard something like that or read it somewhere. Real easy to get screwed even if you think you got tickets.
