I watched the replay and don't understand how Scissons didn't get called for holding/interference. Filppula is skating with him and he uses his free hand to reach back and push off to create separation

there is no logic with this game. i forget who it was in the 2nd period i think had his glove slashed right off his hand. how does that get missed by both officials? there were other blatant missed calls as well. and then they call the ticky tack poop.

there should have been an interference call on NSH at the end of the last game where Weise went off that was the first of the 5 on 3 calls. he was trying to go through 2 defenders and they sealed him off so he couldn't pursue the puck. text book interference.

i can live with the non call on scissons. i'd have to watch the replay again though. maybe it was worse than i thought.

That will be my first ever Flyers Home game. I am also psyched

It was McLeod on Ghost. It's a hard job, but sometimes you really do scratch your head watching these games trying to understand officiating. I just don't get it. The game moves fast but the officials are professionals just like the players. It's outrageous to see a slash hard enough on the hands (of the guy carrying the puck no less) that his glove pops off and have it go un-penalized. Like, what are you two guys looking at??

Gostisbehere was forced to play without a glove for a significant period on that shift. Could've easily been injured. They call completely inconsequential love taps but miss a legitimate slash.

Big game today. Oilers D is poo. Hope Weal is back in there to terrorize them. Early game against a Western team we need to have this one
