10-2 isles. Pulock with 9 goals and a primary assist on the one he didn't actually score. All points on the PP.

Anyone who doesn't think barzal earned his spot or should be on the minors has their head up their ass. Kids has looked good missed some points but he brings it at both ends. Pulock didn't earn it and maybe he's the 4th line wing and on pp1 tonight. Could be hickey but the only reason they go 7 d is they don't have confidence in his defensive zone abilities

Not playing Hickey on the wing imho. He's been good they aren't moving him ( cue the Hickey sucks crowd ) You are right I would play Pulock on the wing 5v5 as well.

What does this even mean? A two-way contract means you get paid the NHL rate when you're up and the AHL rate when you're down, so even if he's in the Press Box he's still getting paid at the NHL salary

I really don't mind hickey when he plays he doesn't make the worst plays and even though he's not the biggest guy he throws some of the biggest hits which is kind of sad for The Other Guys. Also he's behind the net a lot because weight wants the D to activate and get up in the play so they're trying to create offense

Not a hickey fan. He's either too far into the play or vice versa. I don't mind him as a 7th defenseman but he is what he is. A borderline NHL player. He does throw some big hits but I don't see the love affair with the guy nor have I seen any game where I can say he's been good this season. Passable? Yeah that's the right description. We won't win shat with guys like hickey in the line up. Also, for a small guy he's slow as shat looks like he's skating in cement so activating isn't his forte.

Beat my edit. Yeah I have respect for hickey for throwing big hits and sticking up for his teammates BUT the problem is I want a winning team and hickey just doesn't cut it when it comes to that equation. He's out of position a lot, weak on the puck more often than not and terrible along the boards. Honestly at this point Boychuck and leddy are the only decent defenseman on this team. The rest are completely expendable as far as I'm concerned hickey is irrelevant. DeHaan seems to be improving each game so hopefully that continues. Hey it's early so this can all change but hickey wont. What you see is what you get.
