Dear god no don't do that to Patrick. Two anchors would make his life hell. Lehtera needs to go to Simmers spot or replace Raffl on the 4th if Simmer can't go tonight.

Sorry, should have said roll a 2nd line of Weal-Patrick-Konecny. So that's more moving Weal I guess.

Disagree. He had a poor game.
- MJL

shocking you disagree....but to me that IS Manning... that type of game is the norm. Yes he can play better, but I won't hold my breath.

I could cry tears of joy looking at the Ghost contract.

Just do yourself a favor and marvel at its greatness.

No longer too concerned about the lineup decisions. Sanheim should be in and that is that. Obviously, the results will speak for themselves at the end of the season. The litmus test is making the playoffs.

Btw, has the city of Philadelphia offered Amazon a billion dollars of corporate welfare for their second headquarters yet? Hockey really doesn't matter much when crap like this is the norm.

I can say the same in that it's shocking that you disagreed with me. It's not the norm. He normally plays a lot better than that. If he played at that level on a regular basis, he would not be in the NHL. He had numerous turnovers and issues with the puck in that game. If in your opinion that is Manning than that contradicts your previous post that he was fine. That level of play is not fine, whether it's the norm for a player or not.

Manning did not have a good game against, Florida. Case closed. Hopefully Sanheim is in tonight.

Yeah but a guy like Patrick elevates his linemates play. All are defensively responsible though, and Weise can obviously score at point blank range (haha), and by putting konecny in a scoring position, we hopefully dont lose any punch to our seemingly formidable lineup.

Doughty deal would be fine for Provy I just want him locked long term not bridged at a reasonable number.

Lehtera really is an unknown at this point. Didn't see much of him during the preseason so will he work with Laughts and Leier? I'm not sure. I don't want to make that line suffer if moving Raffl would cause issues then Raffl really needs to stay there.

I prefer not to play with too many lines just because we lost one person I'd prefer to try to just plug and play but if that don't work then adjust on the fly as the game goes.

Oh jeez, please don't encourage those cursed wooooooo's. Unless they are shoving them face first down the big escalator on the Linc side of the WFC.

I wear the same exact thought went through my head. I was happy that every time the Woos starting, people chanting Lets go Flyers over it.

This. So sick of it already. (frank)ing frat boys.

The copying other fans "things" really annoys me. The throwing the ball back irks me. Thats a Cubs tradition. I'll be damned if I ever throw the fall back. and the Woo is Boston. Enough already

He'll be back early. The player will say they feel ready to play and no other questions will be asked. Boom, back in the lineup.

It's the Flyers so anything from Simmonds playing 20+ minutes tonight to the announcement of pending funeral arrangements can be expected.

I don't see a reason not to. Doughty deal to me means money, because he was one of the highest paid defensemen in the NHL. I am not sure the Flyers will have to pay Provorov like that
