I kind of think of New Orleans is Sinking as containing Nautical Disaster as a pick, cause that's the first time I heard Nautical Disaster, seeing them live and they would play it in the middle of New Orleans...that blew my mind. They were (frank)ing amazing live. Downie was mesmerzing as a frontman.

At first I just liked their more rock-y stuff... but the more I listened the better it sounded.

Especially at the beginning of their peak. He was the best in the business for a while. Their later stuff got a little harder and a little less lyrical. Downie was always a great entertainer though.

I think Mcdavid is the most talented player in the game, but I think the fans already have an attachment to Matthews.
