He's not being accused of anything or charged with anything. It's just an article. But that article reveals some pretty disturbing stuff.

And he's not denying anything or claiming all these people are lying is he? He's apologizing saying he never wanted to make people uncomfortable by shoving his Richard in people's faces.

Somehow, I understand why people/companies/organizations, knowing this, would want to cut ties with the man.
